Hi Ziggi du müsstest vielleicht ein bisschen mehr Infos angeben.
Z.B. welches Image du am laufen hast, welche Plugins laufen und evtl. nachts ein Timer gesetzt ist oder ob du nachts EPG-Refresh laufen hast.
Es muss ja einen Grund haben das immer nachts die Box abschmiert.

Hallo allerseits.
Ich habe das gleiche problem wie Ziggi. Gib es hierfür schon eine Lösung? Habe die Box komplett neu geflasht. Dennoch tritt der Fehler immer noch fast täglich auf.
Image ist das aktuelle CVS vom 02.03.12.
Edit: Kein EPGrefresh, keine Aufnahme. Ist aber wie bei Ziggi meißt nachts. Das Problem hab ich seit ca. 25.02.12

Ganz erlich, hab ich noch nicht. Glaubst das es am Skin bzw. gp3 liegt? Sieht man da was im Log?
Dachte mehr an EPG oder Timer.py.
Aber wenn du meinst. Du bist ja ein alter Skinner. Werds mal testen.
Ich habe im IHAD bereits nen thread im Dreambox und Images 500HD - DMM originale und iCVS Images 500HD aufgemacht. Vielleicht könnten meine Leidensgenossen auch dort posten. Damit die Jungs dort sehen, dass ich kein Einzelfall bin.
im Zweiflsfall macht man solche Tests mit einem frischgeflashten Image ohne eingespielte Backups oder Plugins und auch mit Standard Skin (so testet auch DMM wenn du die Box einsendest)
nur so kann man eventuelle Hardwaredefekte ausschließen
Hab noch was festgestellt. Wenn ich ins Webinterface gehe kommt ein EPG XML Error. Und im Errorlog ist ja vor dem Absturz auch "EPG Clean". Das brachte mich auf die Idee, daß es Probleme mit dem EPG bestimmter Sender
gibt, also habe ich das aktuelle CVS vom 07.03.12 von Dreamboxupdate neu installiert, Settings eingespielt, Sendersuchlauf mit vorherigem Löschen durchgeführt und gezappt bis der EPG-Fehler im Webinterface
kommt. Es war MTVN HD. Hab nun den Sender in den Settings gelöscht. Die Box läuft nun seit gestern mittag ohne Probleme. Werde am Montag noch mal berichten, ob sie am WE geziggt hat.
Edit: Wo wird denn eigntlich das EPG.dat abgespeichert. Konnte es nach Init 4 nirgends finden. Gibts das noch? War früher standartmäßig doch auf HDD.
Das Thema ist ja nun wohl etwas älter, in der Zwischenzeit habe ich ein paar versuche gemacht.
Ich habe alle erdänklichen Images auf Basis: OE 1.6 Release 3.2.2 getestet.Ohne irgendwelche Plugin´s--> Immer wieder Abstürze nach ein paar Tagen.
Hier im Forum habe ich gelesen, dass es zwei Versionen der Dream 500HD gibt. Einmal mit und einmal ohne Front Prozessor. (kann man im Webinterface unter "Extras" "Deviceinfo" nachschauen)
Ein Freund von mir hat auch eine 500HD, habe dort nachgesehen, diese hat eien FP und läuft mit OE 1.6 Release 3.2.2 stabiel.
Könnte es sein, dass es evtl. an der unterschiedlichen Hardware liegt? Sind da die Treiber evtl. nicht richtig für die älteren 500HD angepaßt worden?
Im Moment teste ich ein OE1.6 auf Release 3.2.0 Basis.Seit 4 Tagen ohne Probleme. Werd mich in ca. einer Woche nochmal melden ob es ohne Abstürze läuft.
meine stürzt auch ständig ab.
hier noch ein aktueller crashlog, mit stable icvs ohne plugins bis auf [Moderator]verstößt gegen die Boardregeln [/Moderator]
würde mich auch auf eine Antwort freuen.

Servus allerseits.
Bei mir läuft das PLI OE 1.6 auf Image- asis 2.3.0. seit 12 Tagen ohne Absturz.
Das war seit Image 2.4.1 noch nie der Fall. Spätestens nach einer Woch schmierte die Box ab.
Also eindeutig kein Problem der Hardware, doch eher ein Problem der Soft zur älteren Hardware (ohne Frontprozessor).
Hoffendlich wird der Fehler nicht ins OE 2.0 übertragen.
