There is no official image OE 2.1, but OE 2.0.

Or was that a typo?

Well if you have the display not working even after a fresh Installation of an original DMM image a skin problem cant be the reason. So it seems like your hardware isnt working properly.

I suggest opening a support ticket at the DMM homepage.

Just a stupid idea: Did you check the settings for brightness and contrast?

Could you be a bit more specific about what you've already tried??

Did you check the values in Menu->Setup->System->Display Setup? Or different question: Does the display show anything while booting or going into ***STOP***-Mode for flashing??

Did you opened the box and had a look at the connector between OLED and the rest of the box?
Maybe the connector is loose?

@monuser
It would be helpful if you could reply to the questions posed by m0rphU in this post.

we can't really help you here ...

If it's a software failure, then we already explained what you have to do (check brightness/contrast settings; flash a new image; use default dmm SKIN; check cables/wires)
If it's a hardware failure, only DMM can help you

---

And it's not helpful if we ask questions and tell you what you have to check and to do ... and you always say "display not working". We already know that and asked you several questions about settings and what you have done already ... you have made 5 postings now and always say "display not working" ... yeah we got that now!

Praxis ist, wenn alles funktioniert aber niemand weiß warum.

Talk about gravedigging.. :)
The posts m0rphU and I made last year are just as relevant today and yet you still do not reply to them :(

As Homey said: if you are dealing with hardware failure, you need to contact DMM.
