French translation
Is there someone here that can describes me how to make a custom translation file, like a french one for example ?
I just took a short look at the .po files so far so I have an idea on how to proceed but any help would be greatly appreciated.

hello, and how to install this file, I put it in /usr/share/enigma2/po/fr/LC_MESSAGES/
but when I tried to chnged default language, french does not appears....

If you speak French, you can find install intructions here :

Your problem is that you don't tell Enigma2 to use the new language. You have to modify /usr/lib/enigma2/python/Components/Language.py and add French.

Just because I don't know how to contact them. They seem to read this forum so I hopped they would read this thread and add the fr.po to the repository. If someone knows how to get in touch with them please tell me.
