New Dm 800HD (clone)box(received on wednesday last week)-experiencing BLANK LCD window.

Hi to ALL,

First time power on the box, OK the LCD light front panel was ON. I tried to switch off via remote control , the box did

not react(later on I checked and changed the battery cells), so I had to switch off via the main power switch.

After 8 hours when I connect the box with power, the front window panel was blank.

I would be most grateful to members who can help how to proceed to get the box in running condition.

As I would like to check the following:

what bootloader was pre installed, what SIM version and what ****** version.

If I have to do any modification, should I utilize clone patched suitable versions.

In anticipation thanks for the assistance that any member can bring.
