dm500hd is dood

mijn eesrst dm500hd doet het niet meer ,blijft hij op rood binnen lampje ,reageerd helemaal niet, vontilator draait ook niet,de tweede zelfde probleem.deze box heeft een groot probleem,veel gebruikers hebben de zelfde probleem en nog steeds niks gehoord van DMM.ik hoop dat zo snel mogelijk een oplossing kan vinden voor deze box

Seine erste Box tat nichts mehr (rote Lampe, Ventilator drehte nicht mehr) und die zweite ebenso. DMM läßt immer noch nichts von sich hören und er hofft, daß so schnell wie möglich eine Lösung gefunden wird.

I the same problem red light
on the internal fan does not turn, not starting, there will be some
solution for this or we will have to change the receiver?

Meine 500HD ist seit Samstag ebenfalls hinüber. Allerdings leuchtet bei mir statt der roten die grüne Lampe

Habe mal ein Ticket erstellt, sehe das ganze nicht so verbissen.....

thanks for the replies, my drembox just one
week of use and is already in the workshop of DMM, no one knows no one
answers? this is outrageous

I just want to know why this happened so it does not happen again in the future

another dead box here!
green light. i can't ping my box unable to flash it via browser.
tried dreamup with usb also nothing "upload completed, waiting for acknowledge.."

yes mate i tried with both usb+network at same time and it's not ok, dreamup stop in "upload complete, waiting for acknowledge..."

What's this mess Dream-Multimedia?! . My 500HD box worked for only one week . I didn't change anything. just working with official image!. What's this GREEN LED of DEATH?
As a customer, I want an explanation. I know you will change my BOX or Repair it but why such a huge BUG should be on this model?! . Don't you have any Q.C , Test team or something?!

An official statement is needed here .

auf dem Board gibt es 5 Status smd LED 5 x rot (X =aus R=rot)

there a 5 status LED smd on the Board

nach einschalten ohne dreamusbtool am USB

Green LED of Death no USB flash toll connected

nach upload des flash loader und waiting for ack...

after upload flash loader and msg waiting for ack...

von vorne auf die Box geschaut

was bedeuten diese Stati

who knows something about this status

scheint als ob irgendwie nach dem upload kein softreset stattfindet oder
der upload gar nicht ankommt

it seems that there is no execution or soft reset after upload

or the upload reaches not the memory

how does DMM fix this problem

some people say the reciept sings a repaird short circuit

whats wrong with all that boxes

Wer hat nen PLAN ? Wenn man die Box an dream zur rep. einsendet
wird sie mit der rep Info Kurzschluss beseitigt zurück gesendet.
Was wird dort gemacht oder getauscht?

I do not know but
do not want to solve this problem single shipping box and they
repaired, Mr. moderator you do not know the rage that gives you a box
breaks three times in 15 days and DMM shoftwere only repair, but 3 days the same problem I can not send to repair my box every 3
days because I am a poor man and it takes a lot of money sent from Spain
to Germany understand why I can not contain my rage
