Channel not Scan DM800
Please help me why I can not scan some channel FTA on sattelite 100.5E(

this service: DVB-S2 12297H43200, FEC 2/3, 8psk
I use plugin Satfinder then input data but it does not signal( my DM800 work OK now). I use other receiver to scan this frequency work OK but dm800 is not.
I do not why Dm800 can not scan that frequency? does tunner of DM800 can not search up to that frequency or it because of sattelite?
please help me why?

Hi,
the symbolrate ist for DVB-S2 8PSK much to high. The DM800 Tuner only can handle 8PSK up to SR30000. Your Transponder have a SR of 43200. So no chance.

it's because of the hardware. The S2 Tuners can not handle that frequency/symbolrate , sorry
