Externe Festplatte anschliessen

Hallo Zusammen,

ich habe neue Festplatte mit eSATA Anschluß gekauft und habe versucht an DM800 anzuschliessen. Leider wird die Festplatte nicht erkannt und auch nicht mit Strom versorgt. Über USB funkt auch nicht. Kann jemand helfen?
p.s. Mache erste Schritte mit DM800. Sorry wenn die Frage blöd vorkommt. :D :?:

Du brauchst auf jeden Fall ein Netzteil, da der eSata keinen Strom liefert (auch USB liefert meistens zu wenig Strom)...

Dann wird die Platte am eSata auch erst nach reboot erkannt und muss außerdem auch noch initialisiert (formatiert) werden...

Danke für Hinweis!:thumbup: Ich werde heute noch ausprobieren (odwohl am notebook brauche ich keine externe Stromversorgung für eSATA)
