fatal error

hallo erst mal
ich habe einen dreambox dm500s nach dem ich mein box neustarten wollte
stand auf ndem bildschirm fatal error
dannach habe ich denn strom stecker vom box raus und wieder rein gesteckt
nun fährt es nicht mehr hoch auf dem bildschirm ist nur das bild The GP.
was muss ich jetzt machen und wie muss ich es machen.
