Black Remote control from DM500HD

Hello All,

I seem to have some strange things with my remote control.

If it's not used for let say a day , seems like the RC has lost his setting.

Example : when I push the 'on' butom, the dream led blinks twice.

Also a dubble blink for other buttoms ( vol up, vol down, ch up, ch down, ok, ... )

The same for the TV buttom.

Only removing battery helps ( but this can't be the goal to do it each day)

Is there somewhere a general reset or maybe even reprogramming for the dream buttom ?

Thanks for all answers.

did you already tried to replace batteries with new ones?

When it blinks twice it will usually try to tell you that batteries are empty ;)

I measured them with a volt meter an both are still on 1,45 Volts. (WIll try for sure with a new set tomorrow)

But, when a try to program a 3 digit preset code for the TV buttom, after programming , TV buttom blinks twice by each keypress.

1.45V off-load is a flat battery mate, should be 1.6ish for a fresh one.

it must be the battery ... if it blinks twice the battery is empty as far as I know ... don't know any other errors that cause the LED to blink twice ...
