mount by label Unterstützung ?

Hallo,

besteht die Chance das in einem späteren Image das mounten per ext3 label unterstützt wird ?

Also wenn in /etc/fstab sowas steht wie "LABEL=timeshift [TAB] /media/timeshift" steht und das filesystem entsprechend formartiert bzw. mit e2label gelabelt wurde.

Hintergrund ist der, ich möchte gerne einen USB Stick als Ziel fürs Timeshifting benutzen und dafür wäre es günstiger wenn dieser immer eindeutig identifizierbar wäre. Ich weiß das es ein Plugin (Mountie) gibt was sowas ähnliches wie "mount by label" kann, nur hat das leider ein paar Nebenwirkungen.
