New DM800 tuner fails, also dont always powers on

hi

I have a brand new genuine DM800 running latest [Moderator] Fremdimage, verstösst gegen die Boardregeln [/Moderator] . also confirmed authnticity with the new plugin.

After I restart the unit the tuner fails to display any channel with this error message:
"no data on transponder, Timeout reading PAT"

Also when i do a cold boot it wont poweron and i have to try it many times.

can anyone help me? :!:

check your DiseqC switches, Dreamboxes are a little bit demanding on their quality (works with otehr receiver without problems doesn't mean the Dreambox sees this the same way), but often extended tuner config with DiseqC erepeat enables help already.

And for power on problem we have multiple threads - shutdown and then do only a short (!) unplug/plugin of the power - if you wait too long you have to be patient or try many times until capacitors lost their current.
