Latest Kernel Patches

I have checked your latest Kernel in DM800 (used in i.e. Merlin - 2.Excalibur_OE-1.6-dm800-2010 1031) and I have found out Broadcom code inside this Kernel and also your own code. You must know from WIKI : Linux kernel is an operating system kernel used by the Linux family of Unix-like operating systems. It is one of the most prominent examples of free and open source software. The Linux kernel is released under the GNU General Public License version 2 (GPLv2), The GNU General Public License (GNU GPL or simply GPL) is the most widely used free software license, originally written by Richard Stallman for the GNU project.
The GPL is the first copyleft license for general use, which means that derived works can only be distributed under the same license terms. Under this philosophy, the GPL grants the recipients of a computer program the rights of the free software definition and uses copyleft to ensure the freedoms are preserved, even when the work is changed or added to. I'm asking you to relase all sources used in this Kernel. I hope I will not need report GNU abuse to Free Software Foundation (FSF), to its founder Richard Stallman.

The fact that you found the code means it's already released.
And no you won't get the driver sources.
FSF won't help...

But hey, you tried, didn't you?
