dream 800hd error!!

Hi, my dreambox freeze down, just saying "error" with the dream multimedia logo, not even 2 months old, any sugestions ? Thank you.

Maybe your Box is not a Genuine one ;) If you are sure that your Box is an original and no clone the securitychip could be broken - then contact DMM Support via Ticketsystem http://www.dream-multimedia-tv.de/en/support
