7020 don't boot

hi,

my 7020 don't boot

when i turn it on, only a "orange flash" on lcd, nothing else on the screen

and when i turn it off, "orange flash" on lcd

nothing on lan or rs232

is that possible to start 7020, without lcd (lcd disconnected) ?

Hi,
This sound like power problem so far ..
Return to DMM for repair
