Dream Box 800HD Parental Control Lock

purchased a new Dreambox 800 HD but have a problem with the Parental Lock. parental Lock once activated works only till the unit is restarted. I can activate Parental Lock but anyone can restart the unit and access any channel without and lock.

Does anyone have the same problem?
