plzzz help my 7025 is dead

i tried to flash new image and my 7025 is dead , the box is not responding to dreamup , only a line time and box name. then nothing , i tried Hyber term, only 2 lines and it stops:
Dreambox DM7025
FIRST STAGE 1.4 {2345}


and nothing more .,,,

please advise....
DM 7025 (hate it)
DM 7000 (sleeping wz it)

try flashing the box with a nullmodemcable and Dreamup

i tried 2 times, with standard dreamup action and with "recover bad sector" action, and in both cases , its still dead.
