helpp helffe!!! CANT SAVE AND UPLOADD CHANNELS ON 7025

you are my last hope !!
After been trying this by myself and later by 2 othere people im nearly ready to give up on the 7025
I just can't be aBle to upload and save any channels on the 7025
Did a manuel and autoscan on the 119 -110
we see them being detected and loaded but when the scan is finished and we save check back if they are there but nope nothing there
The same for loading the channels via dreamboxedit 2.0 load the channelist and bouquet list in the 7025
get message upload succesfull but when we look back nada !!
ive put the latest gemini project on the box with 0.97cam
but not any help if you don't have any channels in your box
Im so dissapointed about this receiver while im enjoying the 500s and the 7000 without any flaws
Please are ther any freaks out there to help me
