600S remote control does not work

Hello,

The remote control for my 600S suddenly stopped working. I get the attached enigma log at bootup.

The red light blinks and stays on - no green light. I get the following telnet info :-

root@dm600pvr:~# cat /proc/stb/ir/rc/mask
0000000f
root@dm600pvr:~#

Any advice please ?

I tried with telnet :- echo 80 >/proc/stb/ir/rc/mask

Now if I try cat /proc/stb/ir/rc/mask - I get no such file or directory !

The webinterface remote control works ok.

New batteries in. I have removed the harddisk. Also I tried the same remote on a 5620 - it works (for some buttons such as Menu).

Problem solved ! :)

The problem started with the lcd cable getting loose, probably pushed by the harddisk. There are 2x4 lcd pins and the lcd cable has 2x5 slots. I fixed the cable at the upper (wrong) slots instead of the lower(correct) !

Now the rc is ok !
