Guten Tag
DreamStream nicht gestartet werden, wenn es keine Dreambox mit Enigma 2.
Dies ist wahrscheinlich kein Bug, sondern einfach Merkmal
das Programm ist aber ziemlich umständlich.
Können Sie etwas tun, um dies zu ändern? :?:

Ja, es funktioniert nur mit Enigma2. Für E1 gibt es aber auch eine ältere, nicht mehr weiter entwickelte Version.

Ohne sinnvolle Hinweise was umständlich sein soll wohl nicht.

Ruckeln und Aussetzer

Ich möchte gern DreamStream E2 mit ner DB8000 unter Windows7/32bit nutzen.

Das Problem ist, dass das Streaming immer normal anfängt. Nach ca. 2-3 Minuten verabschiedet sich immer zuerst der Ton (erst Aussetzer, dann ganz weg). Kurz danach das gleiche mit dem Bild. Dann ist ganz Ruhe und es kommt die Fehlermitteilung, dass Streaming nicht möglich ist.

Ein kurzer Programmwechsel (irgendwohin und zurück) hilft kurzzeitig und alles beginnt vorn vorn.

Hatte das schon einer und gibt es nen Tipp, was helfen könnte?

ZDf BUG

ZDF neo auf Hotbird 13 ost geht seit gestern wieder über dreamstream b9

Astra Zdf prg nicht... d.h. sie laufen an, rennen 1-3 secunden, und bleiben dann stehen . Ausnahme zdf hauptprogramm.

alle anderen stehen nach einer weile, zdf neo, theaterkanal...

ich gehe mal davon aus das es ein bug im Zdf stream ist , nicht im dreamstream...

10 mb..

10 Mbit lan ist was wenig.. da kommst du gut und gerne schon mal an die Grenzen....

bie Provider die zw 1-3 mbit senden ist das ok... Zdf & Ard dagegen machen schon mal Ärger dann bei 10 mbit..

Du kannst höchstens mal versuchen den Puffer zu erhöhen (in der dreamstream.cfg der Parameter" StreamBuffer=x").

Ich bin nicht faul sondern im Energiesparmodus!

Ok, werd ich mal versuchen.

Auch ist mir unklar, wieso mein Netz nur 10Mb macht (und das ist 65% ausgelastet) - is eigentlich 100Mb Hardware (aber das hat wohl nichts mit DresmStream zu tun).

... und wieso gehen einige Sender (z.B. WDR) problemlos, andere (ARD, ZDF, MDR, ...) gehen eben nicht. Alles etwas unklar.

ich erwähnte es schon weiter oben, das du mit deinem 10 mbit netzwerk nicht allzuweit kommst... wenn ein sender um die 6-8 mbit datenrate hat..

setz dein netzwerk im windows auf 100 mbit feste.. und dann siehst du , solange du da einen Hub ( switch ) dran hast ,der nur 10 mbit kann, .. pech gehabt.. + neuen kaufen ...

Interface Problems

Hello,

Since a few weeks now i've been experiencing problems with Dreamstream E2 (various versions) the interface is all messed up at not really usable

any hints? (see screenshot). Dreamstream E2 is the only program with this issue.. all other programs are fine (Dreamstream E1 also works fine).

Already tried:

* reinstall of Dreamstream (no effect)
* Videocard driver upgrade (no effect)

* rolled back windows to 2 months ago (no effect)

* All those -rebuild commands (no effect)

Any clues or hints will be appriecated, seeing i got no clue where dreamstream e2 is build in i cannot really update something

Looks really strange.

Do you have this effect in radio mode too? If not, have you changed something from directshow? New programs/codecs installed in the last time?

Is the effect gone when you downgrade to B8 (uses directdraw instead directshow)?

New programs/codecs installed in the last time? <=- the only thing that seems normal is the playback window, the buttons and other objects are just missing.. trying to resize or drag the window makes it go *poof* entirely. Havent changed or upgraded a thing; that was my first guess 2 some driver/program that messed something up.

Is the effect gone when you downgrade to B8 (uses directdraw instead directshow)? <=- nope tried various versions including version 8 (same issue, did a full deinstall, hunted registery for all possibly dream or gstreamer keys).

Well i cant be arsed to reinstall atm so i decided to pack dreamstream e2 on some *working* win7 machine as one of those portable apps *prays it works* <=- never mind thats a fail 2

Hm, it's running here under win7 home premium 32+64 bit. Which win7 version have you running? I need to reproduce this here...

Windows 7 Home 32 bit Dutch

but u know, that is kinda the problem i cant even reproduce it myself... it works fine on my other pcs... its prob *something* messed up where dreamstream depends upon

hence my cry for help (seeing the only other option i have left (and prob the fatests)) is a reinstall.

Hello , need helP

my dreamstream e2 works perfect with my local network,

but when i try to use form outside home , it works, but streaming cant start, or sometimes start for 1 or 2 seconds and fail.

what can i do???????????

is it internet speed problem??????
