Das ist leider kein Fehler von DS selbst sondern von dem verwendeten Teil um das Video zu decodieren. Ich kann zwar von mpeg2dec auf ffmpeg wechseln, aber dann gibt's wieder andere Probleme.

Ja, das ist momentan hardcoded so drin. Wenn du die Funktion "http://dreambox-ip/web/movielist" aufrufst siehst du dann alle Filme?

Ich hatte schon vermutet, dass Du da wohl nicht viel machen kannst. Leider ist die Funktion damit für mich kaum verwendbar. Und per VLC über das Web-Interface geht gerade gar nichts bei mir. Das wird immer schlimmer...

Was Deinen Vorschlag zur Filmliste angeht, habe ich den nicht verstanden. Wenn ich die URL (mit meiner Box-IP) eingebe, zeigt FF nur eine XML-Datei an. Oder habe ich das was missverstanden?

Merkwürdig: ich sehe gerade, dass im Web-Interface auch nur noch die Filme der internen Festplatte angezeigt werden. Das war mal anders. Es gab eine Drop-down Liste, in der die Bookmarks angeboten wurden. Drop-down ist immer noch, aber es gibt nur noch einen Eintrag, obwohl ich zwei Bookmarks habe.

Hm, da kannst du höchstens mal im WebIF-Thread direkt fragen.

Wenn es eine Möglichkeit gibt alle Filme über das WebIF abzufragen kann ich das natürlich auch in DS einbauen.

Kannst du mal bitte die angehängte dll gegen die im DS dll-Verzeichnnis vorhandene austauschen? Das sollte das Formatwechsel-Problem lösen...

Moin,

erstmal ein nettes Hallo in die Runde...mm war lange nicht mehr hier. Entweder wurde mein alter Benutzername gelöscht oder ihr habt irgendwas neu gemacht. Ich war oder bin fest der Meinung ich war mal hier angemeldet aber egal.

Also erstmal schön, dass es endlich wieder ein neues Update für den DreamStream gibt. Ich benutze seit beginn an die erste Version und muss sagen einfach spitze. Es klappt alles ohne Probleme.

Jetzt die neue will nicht so wie sie soll. Er sagt mir auch irgendwas von Webinterface überprüfen.?? Wie und wo macht man das? Keine Ahnung wie man das ändert. Was brint die neue Version von DreamStream eigentlich für Vorteile?

Würde mich über Antwort sehr freuen *lol* Auch wenn nicht unbedingt sofort, es ist ja gerade 3:16 Uhr

So wie ich das verstehe hast du wohl eine Enigma1-Box. Da brauchst du dich mit dieser Version hier garnicht weiter zu befassen, denn die ist nur für die Enigma2-Boxen.

sorry, aber ich habe Deinen Post erste heute gelesen. Es funktioniert tatsächlich! Filme, die mit der alten DLL stehen blieben, laufen jetzt durch. Die Formatwechsel sind auch einwandfrei. Thanx a lot!!

Übrigens kann man im Web-Interface unter "Movies" auf der linken Seite die "Movie Location" auswählen. Ich war etwas verwirrt, und dachte dort werden nicht alle Bookmarks angezeigt, doch das ist nicht richtig. Bei mir erscheint dort eine Drop-Down Liste mit meinen beiden Bookmarks, eines zeigt auf das Movie-Verzeichnis der internen Platte, eines auf das Movie-Verzeichnis der externen USB-Platte. Leider funktionert bei mir das Abspielen aus dem Web-Interface aus irgendwelchen Gründen überhaupt nicht. Das ist zugegebenermaßen einer der Gründe, dass ich Dreamstream E2 verwende...

Wäre natürlich toll, wenn Du die Bookmarks auswerten und entsprechend ihren Inhalt zum Abspielen anbieten könntest.

Hello all,
I have installed the program to be able to use the webif from my 800 box across the internet, i have forwarded port 80 to my box and I can get to the interface even though I'm in italy and the box is at home in France.
However the stream won't work because of the following errror which is the same in VLC from the webif and in dreamstream...

19:01:44: Streaming startet...
19:01:47: Streaming erfolgreich gestartet
19:02:03: Error: GSTR: Cannot connect to destination [ libsoup status code 4 ]
19:02:03: Error: GSTR: "http://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:8001/13A03A13A200C3A4303A13AC000003A03A03A03A": Cannot connect to destination [ libsoup status code 4 ]
19:02:03: Error: GSTR: Internal data flow error. [ streaming task paused, reason error (-5) ]
19:02:03: Error: GSTR: Could not determine type of stream. [ No valid streams found at EOS ]
19:02:03: Streaming beendet

Does it mean i have to forward port 8001 also to the local ip of the box ? Can i change this setting in dreamstream (or VLC) so that it can use a port which is already forwarded to the box ?

Port 80 is only to "talk" with the box, the stream itself comes over port 8001.

Do you have an upload bandwidth >5MBit? If not forget to to stream directly over the i-net without transcoding the stream...

ok, so then I need to forward also 8001 to the box correct ?
My UL speed is 6mbits (about 650 kbytes/s) so i'll give it a try
I suppose there's not enough hardware power in the box to reduce the quality of the stream before sending it online.
When I do this at home (so between local IP's I use not more than 300kbytes/s)

i dont know if somebody has really tried this, but i guess it's to slow. normally a pc with vlc acts as "man in the middle" for transcoding the stream.

this depends on the provider, good quality services can take the double rate.
