Of course, I understand, but may be we have a little chance. MPC-HC is freware project with GNU license and at this site there are many plugins and I think soure code also.

Hello!
Sorry, I don’t speak German. I have a problem with streaming from my dream to my pc. When I connect to my dream with DreamStream (last version) I get a list of channels, I can switch them, but I can’t watch them. Sometimes I get no image at all and sometimes I get it playing for 2 seconds, and then It stops. This is weird, it worked before, but then I had to reboot my PC, and I’ve got new IP assigned to my PC , and it’s not working ever since.

Open the Log-Window and look what it says.

DS tries to start the stream 3 times with 3 seconds delay, so wait at least 9 seconds before do anything else.

If you are using wlan please try cable to eliminate slow network.

Then your wlan speed/quality isn't enough. Maybe it works only on a tv channel with lower bandwidth or less audio tracks...

What could happened

All the stupid wlan stuff: neighbor with new wlan, moved pc/router to a new place, a closed door which was open before, girlfriend moved antenna during cleaning, and so on.

Try a different wlan channel and increase the transmit power at your pc/router if possible.

Hi,

Streamen ueber WebIf geht problemlos.

Gruß Mamba

Ja, deswegen steht das ja auch unter bekannte Fehler. Ich habe da leider immer noch keine Lösung für. ;(

VLC ist da offenbar wesentlich effektiver als GStreamer oder ich mache was falsch... :S

Not sure how to stream via those yet, but I have two dreamboxes in the network and for some reason the other worked perfect.

So all in all it works, great program! Amazing :)

Edit: And now the box stopped as well. Seems to be a problem reaching them in the network I guess?

@massarakh
If you have a single tuner box you MUST enable the TVControl option in DS. Then the box should first zap to the new channel and streaming should work.

If you get stuttering/no sound press pause and play again, this should solve the sync problems.

Forget HD at the moment, there's no usable powerfull plugin for GStreamer available yet...
